Who we are

The Wright Step to Senior Living is operated by MynaCare LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Bradenton, Florida. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to MynaCare LLC.

What we collect

From families

When you create an account and search for senior living communities, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your search criteria — region, distance, care level, and budget range
• Optional preferences you choose to provide, including community size, faith and language preferences, room type, whether a pet is coming, activities that matter to you, and the level of daily support your loved one needs
• Communities you save as favorites
• Messages you send to communities through the service

All preference information is optional. You may skip any of it, and you may change or remove it at any time.

What we do not collect

We do not collect medical diagnoses or medication information, and we do not ask for them. Some preference questions describe the kind of daily support a person needs — for example, help with bathing or dressing. This is information you report yourself about what you are looking for in a community. It is not a clinical assessment, and we do not request or store medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or cognitive evaluations.

From senior living communities

For community accounts, we collect:

• Business contact information and the name of the administrator
• Community details including address, care levels, licensure, pricing ranges, photographs, and descriptions
• Records of how each inquiry progressed, as reported by the community

Automatically

We collect basic technical information necessary to operate the service, including device type, application version, and error reports. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Show families communities that match their search
• Deliver a family's inquiry to the community they selected
• Provide communities with reporting on inquiries, tours, and admissions
• Respond when you ask us for help
• Maintain, secure, and improve the service

When information is shared

With communities you contact

When you send an inquiry to a community, that community receives your name, contact details, your message, and any preferences you have filled in. Nothing is shared with a community you have not contacted. Browsing a listing does not notify anyone.

Information about someone else

Many families search on behalf of a parent or spouse. If you provide information about another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so, and you remain responsible for what you choose to share.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including cloud hosting and database services. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or lead-generation companies. We do not accept payment from communities in exchange for directing families toward them.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the safety of a person.

Your choices

• Access and correction. You may view and edit the information in your account at any time through the app.
• Deletion. You may delete your account, which removes your profile and preference information from the service. Inquiries you have already sent remain with the communities that received them.
• Optional information. Every preference question may be skipped.

Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Inquiry records are retained so that communities can maintain their own reporting. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and preference information.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with encryption at rest. Access is limited to those who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Wright Step is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
